Quick an dirty

Furniture designer Dan Schneider needed some business cards to go with his chairs for a recent exhibition at the Hobart waterfront pavillion. We had just a few hours left to design and produce them. I had a quick squeeze around the studio and looked what’s available, came up with the idea (Dan loved it) and together we produced them using different wood (celery top pine, black wood, tas oak). When you put two cards together they form a three-dimensional cube in the middle. Each card is unique due to the varying texture of the timber.
