My korean friend Woo introduced me recently to this super tasty dish during a visit in Seoul. Josh and I came up with the first Hobart version [ haloumi cheese, fried home-made kimchi, carrots,egg, cellery, zucchini, leek, hot pepper, soy sauce] accompanied by home-brew!
